.: Sunny Days, Stay Hydrated :.

June 13, 2014

Hi beautiful ladies!

We are all exposed to the sun at some time of the day. For example, I live in Florida and I am surrounded by beaches, which means that I will have more exposure to the sun than someone who doesn’t. That’s why I decided to create a simple blog post that anyone can relate to. If you live in Nevada, or if you live by a coast this post is for you. When I was younger my mother took me to the dermatologist so that I could start learning more about my skin and ways to take care of it. There, I learned many things of which I am going to share some with you today.

The products shown above ^ , are my favorite products so far, and yes I use them.

Let’s begin with..

Water. I don’t like to drink water, I actually don’t like its taste, but I still have to drink it because it is good for me. In Florida it gets very warm during the day and if I am outside I need something to hydrate myself, and that something is water. It is good for your skin and body! Drink water!

Banana Boat Ultra Defense. This product is really good if you’re going to the beach, or if you’re going out. For example, if I go somewhere I typically put SPF on my chest, arms and legs. It all depends on the areas that are going to be exposed to the sun. What I do is that I switch it with my morning moisturizer. Keep reading because I will teach you what the numbers next to the SPF mean.

Aveeno Positively Radiant. I have been using this product for many years now (the one with SPF 15), but now that an SPF 30 came out I am in love. There is a good thing about this product and that is, that over time it leaves your face very soft with an even tone. The negative side is that it makes my face look oily, but with some powder I am good to go! The number next to the SPF simply means the amount of time you are going to be exposed to the sun. Think of this way, if the product is SPF 30 that means that you can stay out in the sun 30 times more than what you usually do. I don’t recommend putting on the same SPF that you put on your body, on your face.

Shades. Yes bombshells, shades! Protect your eyes and the areas around your eyes as well. Remember that the eye area is very sensitive and a little extra protection will only make you look even better.

EOS lip balm. I am obsessed with this product. I use it during the day and night, but most important it keeps my lips moisturized. My favorite color is blue, because my lips feel refreshed after I put this product on. Many people may not know this, but your lips are actually an extension of your skin.

I will list below links that will show you where to buy these products.

Water- it doesn’t matter what water it is as long as it’s water! Mostly everyone has access to clean water.
